1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OLV Innovation website (https://olv-innovation.la), using our mobile applications (including RFS Laos), or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services, applications, or website.

2. Services Provided

OLV Innovation provides professional IT solutions and mobile services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile application services (RFS Laos digital top-up and management)
• Cloud Infrastructure & Migration
• Network Design & Deployment
• Cybersecurity & Firewall Management (CSOC)
• IT Equipment Sales & Rental
• Data Center Consulting & Design
• Security & Access Control Systems

3. Mobile Application (RFS Laos) Terms of Use

When using the RFS Laos mobile application, you agree to the following specific terms:

• Account Registration: You must register using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Top-Up Services: The app facilitates balance top-ups for MIFARE cards, On-Board Units (OBU), and vehicle license plates bound to these devices. You are responsible for ensuring the correct MIFARE card number, OBU ID, or plate number is entered before initiating a transaction. We are not liable for funds routed to an incorrect account due to user error.
• Payments and Processing: Payments are processed via third-party bank applications using Bank QR codes or deep links. We do not process, store, or manage your banking credentials or bank account funds. The completion of a top-up is subject to the successful processing of the payment by your banking provider.
• User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the service for fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Project Estimates & Engagement

• Consultation: Project costs are provided based on client requirements. We encourage a direct consultation to provide an accurate, firm quote.
• Timeline: Project timelines are established based on mutual agreement. Delays may occur if required information or content is not provided by the client in a timely manner.
• Engagement Models: We offer flexible engagement models tailored to client needs. Final scope and deliverables will be documented in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: For most enterprise projects, payments are structured in installments (e.g., at the start, midpoint, and completion). We are open to discussing payment schedules that accommodate client budget requirements.
• Accepted Methods: We accept payment via check, major credit cards, and electronic payment systems as specified in our invoices.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of services or additional fees.

6. Equipment Sales & Rentals

• Warranty: All IT equipment sold by OLV Innovation is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and our own installation quality guarantee.
• Rental Terms: Equipment rented from us must be returned in the condition it was provided, subject to normal wear and tear. Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, software code, and technical documentation, is the property of OLV Innovation Sole Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Professional Services & Applications: While we strive to provide high-performance solutions and reliable mobile applications, OLV Innovation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, transaction delays, or system downtime.
• Third-Party Products & Services: When we provide solutions from partners (e.g., Cisco, IBM, Fortinet) or integrate with third-party banking applications, those products and services are subject to the original manufacturer's or provider's terms and limitations.

9. Data Security & Confidentiality

As a cybersecurity provider, we take the confidentiality of our clients' infrastructure and data seriously. We adhere to strict internal protocols to ensure your sensitive technical information, as well as mobile app user data, remains private and secure during and after the engagement.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lao PDR. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vientiane Capital.
